The year was 2001, and the 16 year old me spent a whole lot of time playing along with Weezer's Green Album from start to finish in my bedroom in Makinsons, loving every second of it. The CD was under a half hour long, and all of the songs were basically the same, but they were beyond catchy, and it was just great to see one of my favourite bands enjoying their big comeback.

Fast forward to 2012, and while washing dishes, the 27 year old me was listening to the Green Album for the first time in years, and thinking back on how much fun the 16 year old me had playing along with it. So, I thought to myself, why not take it up a notch, and recreate the whole thing. Over the course of a week in June, I did just that, and had an absolute blast doing it all on my trusty 8 track.
